We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday. We're based in Sydney, Australia (AEST/AEDT), so if you're writing from the other side of the world, your reply may land overnight.

• Order question? Include your order number — it's in your confirmation email.
• Something arrived damaged? Attach photos of the item and the packaging. You have 15 days from delivery.
• Not sure which photo to send? Attach the one you're considering and we'll tell you honestly whether it will work.
• Sizing question? Tell us the wall or space you have in mind. All our sizes are in centimetres.

We run creative sessions and supply kits for aged care homes, retirement villages and wellbeing programs across Australia.
