Be Artistic Club was created around a simple idea: the memories that matter most deserve more than a place in your camera roll.
Today, we transform favourite pet photos into personalised portraits, meaningful keepsakes and Paint-Your-Pet kits — so you can celebrate the animals who make everyday life feel more like home.
Where it started
Founder Lily has spent much of her career in technology, helping people solve complex problems and create better experiences. Before that, she worked as a counsellor supporting older adults in aged care, where she saw how photographs, stories and making something by hand could reconnect people with memories that matter.
That stayed with her. As life became busier and more connected to screens, creativity became a way to slow down, be present and turn meaningful moments into something tangible.
Creativity isn’t about being talented. It’s about giving yourself the space to breathe.
And then there’s Hendrix
Hendrix, Lily’s Golden Retriever, became the heart behind Be Artistic Club’s love of pet art. Like every deeply loved pet, he is more than a dog — he is family, personality, routine, comfort and a thousand small memories rolled into one.
That inspired a bigger vision for Be Artistic Club: not simply a Paint-by-Numbers store, but a place where your pet can become art in the way that feels most meaningful to you.
